Job summary

Motive Companies, LLC is seeking a Project Coordinator in Tustin, CA to provide administrative and organizational support for renewable energy installation projects. Qualifications

• 2–5 years of administrative, coordination, or project support experience.
• Experience in renewable energy is helpful but not required.
• Recent graduates with relevant internships may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day administrative and organizational support to Project Managers across active renewable energy installation projects.
• Manage and maintain project documentation including contracts, permits, submittals, RFIs, change orders, and closeout packages.
• Prepare, format, and distribute project reports, meeting minutes, status updates, and client-facing communications.
• Track project schedules, milestones, and action items; follow up with internal teams to meet deadlines.
• Support project budget tracking via PO coordination, invoice processing, expenditure monitoring.
• Coordinate logistics for project activities including scheduling meetings, site visits, and communicating with subcontractors and vendors.
• Maintain organized digital filing systems and document control standards.
• Learn and apply PM methodologies under mentorship toward full project ownership.
