Job summary

Motive Workforce is seeking a Project Manager to lead complex renewable energy installations, including commercial solar, battery storage, and EV charging infrastructure, from initiation to completion. You will coordinate with sales, development, engineering, supply chain, construction, accounting, and safety to deliver on-time, on-budget results while maintaining high quality.

Weekly (often daily) client communications and regular reports are expected.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required; PMP is a preferred credential.
Experience with renewable energy projects and construction or real estate development.
Experience with canopies, rooftop solar, BESS, EV charging is preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead and coordinate renewable energy installation projects, including commercial solar, BESS, and EV charging, from initiation through completion.
Communicate weekly (often daily) with clients regarding project performance and deliver reports.
Deliver projects ahead of schedule, under budget, and to high quality by collaborating with sales, development, engineering, supply chain, construction, accounting and safety.
Monitor expenditures against budget and contract and work with teams to identify trends and improvements.
