Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; PMP or advanced certification preferred.
• 3+ years of project management experience in construction or real estate development.
• Experience with Commercial Rooftop Solar, Canopy/Carport Solar, Battery Energy Storage or EV charging infra preferred.
• Strong communication, leadership, and collaboration across teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate complex renewable energy installation projects from initiation to completion.
• Communicate with clients weekly (often daily) on project performance and reports.
• Deliver projects ahead of schedule and under budget through cross-functional collaboration.
• Monitor expenditures against budget and contract, driving improvements with internal teams.
