Qualifications

• Experience in control rooms or electrical systems is preferred.
• Familiarity with hydro or steam turbine systems is a plus.
• Associates degree or above in a relevant field is required or preferred.
• Willingness to travel to remote sites as needed.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor advanced control systems (like SCADA) in real-time.
• Make quick, informed decisions to maintain license limits and public safety.
• Implement generation schedules and respond to dynamic grid conditions and weather events.
