Job summary

Med-National Staffing Inc. recruiters seek a Renewable Asset Operator to monitor and control renewable generation from the Operations Control Center.

You will respond to changing conditions, optimize asset performance, and communicate with field personnel and grid operators to ensure reliable energy production. Experience with SCADA systems and strong Excel reporting skills are preferred, with a shift-based, 40-hour schedule in Belleville, MI.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required or an equivalent qualification.
• Three years of wind industry or related operational experience.
• Associate degree or technical certificate in Engineering, Renewable Energy, Technology, or related field; or one year wind experience.

Responsibilities

• Monitor renewable generation assets from the Operations Control Center.
• Respond quickly to changing conditions to maximize asset availability.
• Utilize SCADA to maintain safe, efficient plant operation.
• Analyze weather data and operational parameters to optimize performance.
• Maintain operational logs and reporting.
