Job summary

MAC.BID in St Peters, MO is hiring a Removal Team Lead to supervise a warehouse team and ensure efficient pick-ups for customers. You will train staff, manage timesheets, and escalate issues to the GM, all while delivering a high-quality customer experience.

The role requires on-site availability, physical ability to lift up to 25 pounds solo (50 with a team) and adherence to policies; forklift cert may be needed based on needs.

Qualifications

• Must be able to follow written directions and company policies.
• Availability to work on-site with varying shifts Monday through Saturday.
• Ability to lift 25 pounds alone, 50 pounds with a team lift.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in finding items according to the racking system.
• Scan customers into the pick-up queue and out when merchandise leaves the warehouse.
• Provide customers with a great experience and service.
• Act as subject matter expert for all positions within the department.
• Ensure team members receive adequate training and meet goals.
• Communicate with the GM on escalated matters and disciplinary actions.
• Adjust, approve, and submit team timesheets; coordinate with supervisory team.
• May obtain forklift certification as required by business needs.
