Job summary

MAC.BID is seeking a Receiving/Forklift Associate in Saint Peters, MO. This full-time role involves unloading trailers, operating pallet jacks and forklifts, and adhering to safety policies.

The position requires forklift certification or in-house training, ability to lift 25 lb alone (50 lb with team), and availability Monday through Friday 8:00am to 4:30pm. High school diploma preferred.

JOB TYPE AND CLASSIFICATION: Full-Time Hourly Non-Exempt

JOB OVERVIEW

MAC.BID buys truckloads of customer returns and overstock products, then sells these items individually to the public through online auctions. The Receiving Team employs heavy equipment to unload trucks safely and quickly. This position reports to the Facilities Team Lead.

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Meet live trailers at the dock to unload quickly, avoiding retentionfees
• Use pallet jacks and fork trucks to unload product
• Safely drive a forklift according to policy and the Safety Coordinator
• Perform other tasks as assigned bymanagement

QUALIFICATIONS

• Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug test and random drug tests duringemployment
• Must be forklift certified (or successfully pass in-house training/certification)
• Availability to work on-site. Schedules may vary Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 4:30pm, 8-hour shifts with a 30-minute lunch break
• Must be able to lift 25 pounds alone, 50 pounds with a team lift
• Must be able to stand and walk for hours at a time
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Must be able to follow written directions and companypolicies
