Job summary

MAC.BID is hiring a Removal Team Lead in Missouri to supervise a hands-on crew handling customer pickup items. You will oversee scan-in/out, removal, and inventory processes, ensure top-notch customer service, and train team members to meet company goals.

Report to the General Manager and coordinate with the supervisory team to maintain smooth operations. The role requires on-site availability, physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs with assistance, and a customer-focused mindset.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Must be able to lift 25 pounds alone, 50 pounds with a team lift.
• Must be customer-focused.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in finding items according to our racking system.
• Scan customers into the pick-up queue, and then out when merchandise leaves the warehouse.
• Provide each customer with a great experience.
• Subject matter expert on all positions within the department.
• Ensure that each team member receives adequate training.
• Be responsible for the removal team to meet the goals necessary for company growth.
• Communicate effectively with the GM on all matters that need to be escalated.
• Adjust, approve, and submit team timesheets.
• Determine, with the GM, any disciplinary action for policy violation, and deliver the message to the team member.
• Provide input to the GM in the evaluation process.
• Coordinate and communicate effectively with the supervisory team.
