Job summary

MAC.BID in St. Peters, MO is hiring a Removal Check In/Out Clerk for a full-time, hourly role with the Removal Team. You will scan arriving customers, manage the checkout queue, and scan items as bidders leave with their purchases, delivering exemplary service.

Typical shifts are Monday–Friday, 10:00 am–6:30 pm, on-site. Must be able to sit or stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lb (50 lb with a team). Benefits after probation apply.

Responsibilities

• Scan each customer’s email or phone code on arrival.
• Explain to customers that they join the queue for checkout.
• Scan each customer’s auction items when picked up.
• Provide exemplary service to ensure bidder satisfaction.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by management.
