Peterson Dental Laboratory, Inc in Delray Beach, FL is seeking a seasoned Removable Department Manager to lead our hands-on team of technicians and a designer. This is a leadership role focused on case quality, training, and department operations.

You'll drive digital workflow adoption (Exocad, 3D printing, milling), ensure QC at intake through final, and partner with sales and quality to grow the removable division.

Qualificações

• At least 10 years of hands-on removable experience across dentures, partials, overdentures, appliances and repairs.
• Experience as a dental lab owner, lab manager, or removable department manager preferred.
• Strong track record training and developing other technicians.
• Servant leadership mindset; coach rather than do.
• Sharp eye for quality and ability to catch problems early.
• Experience with digital removable workflows (Exocad, 3D printing, milling).
• Labtrac experience a plus; CDT certification preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Inspect every removable case at intake, at checkpoints, and at final QC; log issues in Labtrac and implement corrective actions.
• Lead, train, and develop the Removable Technicians and department designer.
• Own every removable product line: dentures, partials, overdentures, splints, guards, repairs and relines.
• Lead the move to digital workflow while preserving handmade craftsmanship.
• Serve as removable expert for doctors, chairside team, and other departments.
• Manage labor, materials, inventory, and equipment maintenance to prevent delays.
• Participate in daily huddle with prosthetic managers.
