Job summary

EY is seeking a Zscaler Engineer Manager to oversee the implementation and optimization of Zscaler security solutions across our network. You will work with cross-functional teams to ensure secure deployment, risk assessment, and incident response.

This role emphasizes Zero Trust governance and alignment with business goals. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in network security, strong Zscaler knowledge, and a track record of maintaining regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information security, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in network security or a related role.
• Strong knowledge of Zscaler security solutions and their features.
• Experience with network security tools and technologies.
• Familiarity with compliance frameworks (GDPR, HIPAA, SOC 2).
• Strong understanding of network security, IAM, and encryption.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and manage Zscaler security solutions to protect our network infrastructure.
• Monitor and manage security configurations for Zscaler services.
• Conduct regular security assessments and audits of network environments.
• Collaborate with IT and network teams to ensure secure deployment and management of network resources.
• Respond to and investigate security incidents and breaches involving Zscaler solutions.
• Implement and manage security policies and configurations within Zscaler platform.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards (GDPR, HIPAA, SOC 2).
• Provide guidance and training to internal teams on Zscaler security best practices.
• Stay up to date with latest Zscaler security trends and technologies.
