Job summary

EY seeks a Zscaler Engineer Manager to oversee the implementation, management, and optimization of Zscaler security solutions across our network infrastructure.

You will work with IT and security teams to ensure secure deployment, conduct risk assessments, and respond to incidents while aligning Zero Trust with business goals. This role supports a hybrid work model and a robust security program.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in CS/InfoSec or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in network security or related roles.
• Strong knowledge of Zscaler solutions and their features.
• Experience with network security tools and technologies.
• Familiarity with GDPR, HIPAA, SOC 2.
• Strong understanding of identity and access management and encryption.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills.
• Certifications such as ZCCP, CISSP or equivalent are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and manage Zscaler security solutions to protect our network infrastructure.
• Monitor and manage security configurations for Zscaler services.
• Conduct regular security assessments and audits of network environments.
• Collaborate with IT and network teams to ensure secure deployment and management of network resources.
• Respond to and investigate security incidents and breaches involving Zscaler solutions.
• Implement and manage security policies and configurations within the Zscaler platform.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA, SOC 2).
• Provide guidance and training to internal teams on Zscaler security best practices.
• Stay up to date with latest Zscaler security trends, threats, and technologies.
