Job summary

EY is seeking a Zscaler Engineer Manager to oversee the implementation, management, and optimization of Zscaler security solutions across our network infrastructure. You will collaborate with multiple teams to ensure secure deployments and effective risk management.

The role emphasizes managing Zero Trust access, policy enforcement, and alignment with regulatory standards. Strong technical and business acumen are essential for success in a globally connected security team.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in computer science, information security, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in network security or a related role.
Strong knowledge of Zscaler security solutions and their features.
Experience with network security tools and technologies.
Familiarity with compliance frameworks such as GDPR, HIPAA, SOC 2.
Strong understanding of network security, IAM, and encryption.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Effective communication and collaboration skills.
Certs such as ZCCP, CISSP are a plus.

Responsibilities

Design, implement, and manage Zscaler security solutions to protect our network.
Monitor and adjust security configurations for Zscaler services.
Conduct regular security assessments and audits of networks.
Collaborate with IT to ensure secure deployment of resources.
Respond to security incidents involving Zscaler products.
Define and enforce security policies within Zscaler.
Ensure compliance with GDPR, HIPAA, SOC 2.
Train internal teams on Zscaler security best practices.
Stay current with Zscaler trends and threats.
