EY is seeking a Zscaler Engineer Manager to oversee the implementation, management, and optimization of Zscaler security solutions across our environments. You will partner with IT and security teams to ensure secure network operations and compliant security posture.

The role emphasizes risk assessments, incident response, and a strong focus on Zero Trust principles, with a blend of hands-on engineering and strategic security leadership in a global context.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information security, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in network security or a related role.
• Strong knowledge of Zscaler security solutions and features.
• Experience with network security tools and technologies.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and manage Zscaler security solutions to protect our network infrastructure.
• Monitor and manage security configurations for Zscaler services.
• Conduct regular security assessments and audits of network environments.
• Collaborate with IT and network teams to ensure secure deployment and management of network resources.
• Respond to and investigate security incidents and breaches involving Zscaler solutions.
• Implement and manage security policies and configurations within the Zscaler platform.
• Ensure compliance with GDPR, HIPAA, SOC 2 and related standards.
• Provide guidance and training to internal teams on Zscaler security best practices.
• Stay up to date with the latest Zscaler security trends, threats, and technologies.
