Job summary

EY is seeking a Zscaler Engineer Manager to oversee the implementation, management, and optimization of Zscaler security solutions across our network infrastructure. You will collaborate with IT and security teams to ensure secure deployments, performance, and incident response.

This role supports EY's Zero Trust services, aligning security with business goals, enforcing policies, and guiding internal teams on best practices.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in network security.
• Bachelor's degree in CS or related field.
• Strong Zscaler knowledge and features.
• Experience with network security tools.
• Familiarity with GDPR/HIPAA/SOC 2.
• Certs such as ZCCP or CISSP are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and manage Zscaler security solutions for our network.
• Monitor and adjust security configurations for Zscaler services.
• Conduct regular security assessments and audits of networks.
• Collaborate with IT and network teams to secure deployments.
• Respond to security incidents and investigate breaches.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and standards (GDPR, HIPAA, SOC 2).
• Provide guidance and training on Zscaler best practices.
