Job summary

EY seeks a Zscaler Engineer Manager to oversee the implementation, management, and optimization of Zscaler security solutions within our organization. You will work with multiple teams to ensure security and performance of our network infrastructure, conduct risk assessments, and respond to security incidents.

In this role, you will manage Zero Trust access, enforce security policies, and partner with vendors to deliver strategy, assessment, testing, and implementation of Zero Trust solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information security, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in network security or a related role.
• Strong knowledge of Zscaler security solutions and their features.
• Experience with network security tools and technologies.
• Familiarity with compliance frameworks (GDPR, HIPAA, SOC 2).
• Strong understanding of network security, IAM, and encryption.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and manage Zscaler security solutions to protect our network infrastructure.
• Monitor and manage security configurations for Zscaler services.
• Conduct regular security assessments and audits of network environments.
• Collaborate with IT and network teams to ensure secure deployment and management of network resources.
• Respond to and investigate security incidents and breaches involving Zscaler solutions.
• Implement and manage security policies within the Zscaler platform.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and standards (GDPR, HIPAA, SOC 2).
• Provide guidance and training to internal teams on Zscaler security best practices.
• Stay up to date with Zscaler security trends, threats, and technologies.
