Job summary

EY is seeking a Zscaler Engineer Manager to oversee the implementation, management, and optimization of Zscaler security solutions across our network infrastructure. You will work with cross-functional teams to ensure secure deployment, performance, and incident response in a Zero Trust environment.

The role emphasizes risk assessments, policy enforcement, and collaboration with third-party vendors to deliver comprehensive Zero Trust services aligned with business goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information security, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in network security or a related role.
• Strong knowledge of Zscaler security solutions and their features.
• Experience with network security tools and technologies.
• Familiarity with compliance frameworks and standards (GDPR, HIPAA, SOC 2).
• Strong understanding of network security, identity and access management, and encryption.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills.
• Relevant certifications such as ZCCP, CISSP, or equivalent are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and manage Zscaler security solutions to protect our network infrastructure.
• Monitor and manage security configurations for Zscaler services.
• Conduct regular security assessments and audits of network environments.
• Collaborate with IT and network teams to ensure secure deployment and management of network resources.
• Respond to and investigate security incidents and breaches involving Zscaler solutions.
• Implement and manage security policies and configurations within the Zscaler platform.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA, SOC 2).
• Provide guidance and training to internal teams on Zscaler security best practices.
• Stay up to date with the latest Zscaler security trends, threats, and technologies.
