EY is seeking a Zscaler Engineer Manager to oversee the implementation, management, and optimization of Zscaler security solutions within our organization. You will work with cross-functional teams to ensure secure network infrastructure and respond to incidents.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS or information security required.
• Minimum 5 years in network security or related role.
• Strong knowledge of Zscaler security solutions and their features.
• Experience with network security tools and technologies.
• Familiarity with GDPR, HIPAA, SOC 2 compliance.
• Understanding of network security, IAM, and encryption.
• Certs such as ZCCP, CISSP are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and manage Zscaler security solutions to protect our network infrastructure.
• Monitor and manage security configurations for Zscaler services.
• Conduct regular security assessments and audits of network environments.
• Collaborate with IT and network teams to ensure secure deployment and management of network resources.
• Respond to and investigate security incidents and breaches involving Zscaler solutions.
• Implement and manage security policies and configurations within the Zscaler platform.
• Ensure compliance with GDPR, HIPAA, SOC 2.
• Provide guidance and training to internal teams on Zscaler security best practices.
• Stay up to date with latest Zscaler security trends, threats, and technologies.
