Job summary

EY is seeking a Zscaler Engineer Manager to oversee the implementation, management, and optimization of Zscaler security solutions within our organization. You will work with cross‑functional teams to ensure security and performance of our network infrastructure and respond to security incidents.

The role emphasizes Zero Trust, governance, and collaboration with third‑party vendors to deliver strategy, assessment, testing, and implementation of Zero Trust solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information security, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in network security or related role.
• Strong knowledge of Zscaler solutions and security features.
• Experience with network security tools and technologies.
• Familiarity with GDPR/HIPAA/SOC 2 compliance.
• Certifications such as ZCCP or CISSP are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement and manage Zscaler security solutions.
• Monitor security configurations for Zscaler services.
• Conduct regular security assessments and audits of networks.
• Collaborate with IT and network teams for secure deployment.
• Respond to and investigate security incidents involving Zscaler.
• Enforce security policies within the Zscaler platform.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and security best practices.
• Provide guidance and training on Zscaler security practices.
