Job summary

Carrington Holding Company, LLC is seeking a CRM Developer II to join our team remotely from home. You will collaborate with business partners and IT peers to design, implement, and administer Zendesk CRM solutions, including Support, Guide, Chat, Talk, and Explore.

This role requires 3–5 years of Zendesk development, JavaScript, SQL, and REST API integrations. You’ll help design configurations, build dashboards, and maintain security roles while following our SDLC practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent technical work experience.
• 3–5 years hands-on Zendesk design, development, implementation, and support.
• 3–5 years’ experience with JavaScript and SQL.
• 3–5 years’ experience with REST API integrations.
• Zendesk administration certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a CRM technical contributor and administrator for Zendesk platform.
• Provide Zendesk technical guidance to business partners and PMO.
• Participate in planning sessions for Zendesk enhancements and integrations.
• Configure and deploy Zendesk changes, workflows, and dashboards.
• Develop custom Zendesk reports and dashboards for business lines.
• Follow SDLC practices and change control policies.
