Job summary

Carrington Mortgage Services is seeking a CRM Developer II to collaborate with business partners and IT to design, implement, and administer Zendesk as our customer support solution. The role supports Zendesk modules including Support, Guide, Talk, and Explore, with a focus on high-quality engineering and SDLC adherence.

Starting salary ranges from $85,000 to $115,000 annually, with remote work from home. Qualified applicants have 3–5 years of Zendesk experience, strong JavaScript and SQL

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years designing, developing, implementing, and supporting Zendesk or a comparable CRM/customer support platform.
• 3–5 years’ experience with JavaScript and SQL.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a CRM technical contributor and administrator for Carrington’s Zendesk platform (Support, Guide, Chat/Messaging, Talk, and Explore).
• Provide Zendesk technical guidance to business partners, end users, and the PMO on initiatives.
• Plan Zendesk configurations and changes to workflows with business management and PMO.
