Job summary

Carrington Mortgage Services in the United States is seeking a CRM Developer II to design, implement, and administer Zendesk CRM across Support, Guide, Talk, Explore. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent technical work experience.
• 3–5 years hands‑on experience designing, developing, implementing, and supporting Zendesk (Support, Guide, Talk, Explore) or a comparable CRM/customer support platform.
• 3–5 years’ experience with JavaScript and SQL.
• 3–5 years’ experience with REST API integrations.
• Experience with a shared Zendesk across multiple business lines is a plus.
• Zendesk administration certification is preferred.
• Solid SDLC knowledge, methodologies, and techniques.
• Working knowledge of Zendesk Support/Guide/Talk and Zendesk Explore.
• Familiarity with Zendesk Apps framework, triggers/automations, and Liquid markup.
• Knowledge of Zendesk Sunshine and REST API integrations.
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem‑solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a CRM technical contributor and administrator for Carrington’s Zendesk platform (Support, Guide, Chat/Messaging, Talk, and Explore).
• Provide Zendesk technical guidance to business partners, end users, and the PMO on initiatives.
• Participate in planning sessions for Zendesk enhancements, integrations, and day‑to‑day issues.
• Plan new Zendesk configurations and changes to existing workflows with business management and PMO.
• Assist with system design and impact analysis for Zendesk initiatives.
• Support Zendesk integrations with other enterprise apps using APIs and webhooks.
• Support workflow analysis and process improvements affecting Zendesk apps.
• Design, configure, test, and deploy changes to Zendesk fields, forms, triggers, automations, macros, views, and dashboards.
• Maintain Zendesk configuration aligned with corporate strategy and unit needs.
• Develop custom Zendesk (Explore) reports and dashboards.
• Follow SDLC practices and change control for Zendesk changes.
• Assist with Zendesk security roles, groups, and user permissions.
• Provide system administration support, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate fixes and upgrades.
• May develop end‑user documentation and train users on new Zendesk features.
