Job summary

Carrington Mortgage Services is seeking a CRM Developer II to design, implement, and administer Zendesk solutions for multiple business lines. You will collaborate with business units and IT, providing technical guidance and contributing to Zendesk configurations, integrations, and reporting.

The role requires 3–5 years of Zendesk experience, strong JavaScript/SQL skills, and a solid understanding of REST APIs. This is a remote role with opportunities to work from home across the United States.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
• 3–5 years designing, developing, implementing Zendesk or comparable CRM platform.
• 3–5 years’ experience with JavaScript and SQL.
• 3–5 years’ experience with REST API integrations.
• Experience with SDLC concepts and Zendesk modules.

Responsibilities

• Serve as CRM contributor and administrator for Carrington’s Zendesk platform (Support, Guide, Talk, Explore).
• Provide Zendesk technical guidance to partners and PMO on initiatives.
• Participate in planning Zendesk enhancements and workflows.
• Design, configure, test, and deploy Zendesk changes (fields, forms, triggers, automations, dashboards).
• Develop custom Zendesk reports and dashboards.
