Job summary

Carrington is seeking a CRM Developer II to collaborate with business units and IT to design, implement, and administer our Zendesk CRM. The role involves configuring Zendesk modules, integrating with enterprise apps via REST APIs, and developing custom reports to support multiple business lines.

The position is remote from home with an annual salary range of $85,000 to $115,000. Strong JS/SQL skills and Zendesk administration knowledge are required, with opportunities for growth within

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
• 3–5 years designing, developing, implementing Zendesk or a comparable CRM.
• 3–5 years’ experience with JavaScript and SQL.
• 3–5 years’ experience with REST API integrations.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a CRM technical contributor and administrator for Carrington’s Zendesk platform (Support, Guide, Chat/Messaging, Talk, Explore).
• Provide Zendesk technical guidance to business partners, end users, and the PMO on initiatives.
• Participate in planning sessions addressing Zendesk enhancements, integrations, and day‑to‑day issues.
• Configure, test, and deploy changes to Zendesk fields, forms, triggers, automations, macros, views, and dashboards.
• Develop custom Zendesk (Explore) reports and dashboards as requested by business lines.
• Assist with administering Zendesk security roles, groups, and user permissions.
