Job summary

Carrington Mortgage Services is seeking a CRM technical contributor and administrator for Zendesk (Support, Guide, Talk, Explore) to work remotely from home. You will provide Zendesk technical guidance to business partners, end users, and the PMO on assigned initiatives.

Three to five years of hands‑on Zendesk experience and REST API integrations are required. Strong SDLC knowledge and ability to collaborate across teams are expected.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years hands‑on experience designing, developing, implementing, and supporting Zendesk (Support/Guide/Talk/Explore).
• 3–5 years’ experience with REST API integrations.
• Experience supporting a shared Zendesk instance across multiple business lines is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a CRM technical contributor and administrator for Zendesk (Support, Guide, Chat/Messaging, Talk, Explore).
• Provide Zendesk technical guidance to business partners, end users, and the PMO on initiatives.
• Design, configure, test, and deploy changes to Zendesk fields, forms, triggers, automations, and dashboards.
• Develop custom Zendesk reports and dashboards requested by business lines.
• Follow SDLC practices and change control policy in Zendesk changes.
