Job summary
JLL Technologies is seeking an Implementation Specialist specializing in multi-family/residential and commercial real estate software to join our implementation team.
You will onboard new assignments, configure systems, and manage data loads, with emphasis on Yardi and related upgrades. Strong SQL reporting and documentation are required.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree is REQUIRED.
- 5+ years of relevant/professional experience related PREFERRED.
- Yardi Real Estate Software experience including database schema and international/global configurations is REQUIRED.
Responsibilities
- Onboarding new assignments, data conversion, configuration and data loading.
- System administration including system configuration, security management, maintenance, updates, and technical support.
- Maintain change management procedures for upgrades, hotfixes, stored procedures, and SQL enhancements and support control compliance.
- Assist with upgrade initiatives, including Yardi hardware and software upgrades, through planning, testing, deployment, and validation.
- Support development of user training materials and documentation related to new system features, reporting, and operational processes.
- Stay informed of AI capabilities introduced by application vendors and assess potential operational value.
- Writing custom reports in both YSR and SQL
