Job summary

JLL Technologies is seeking an Implementation Specialist focusing on multi-family/residential and commercial real estate software to join our team. This remote role involves data onboarding, configuration, and ongoing system administration within the JLL Technologies implementation group.

The ideal candidate brings experience with Yardi Real Estate Software and SQL, plus 3–5 years of relevant work. We offer a comprehensive benefits package and a visa‑free US work arrangement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution is REQUIRED.
• (3-5+) years of relevant/professional experience is REQUIRED.
• Yardi Real Estate Software experience is REQUIRED.

Responsibilities

• Onboarding new assignments, data conversion, configuration and data loading.
• System administration including system configuration, security management, maintenance, updates, and technical support.
• Maintain change management procedures for upgrades, hotfixes, stored procedures, and SQL enhancements and support control compliance.
• Assist with upgrade initiatives, including Yardi hardware and software upgrades, through planning, testing, deployment, and validation.
• Support development of user training materials and documentation related to new system features, reporting, and operational processes.
• Stay informed of AI capabilities introduced by application vendors and assess potential operational value.
• Writing custom reports in both YSR and SQL
