Job summary

Addison Group is seeking an experienced Yardi ERP Implementation Consultant for a remote, project-based engagement in the United States. You will lead and support the Yardi transition, perform project-level accounting, data migration, reconciliations and SOP development across ~30 active construction projects.

The role requires hands-on accounting expertise with Yardi and deep knowledge of construction/job-cost processes, ensuring financial accuracy through go-live and post-implementation phases.

Qualifications

• Extensive hands-on Yardi ERP experience in real estate development, affordable housing, construction, or property accounting.
• Strong background in construction, project, and job-cost accounting.

Responsibilities

• Support the organization's transition from MIP Abila to Yardi across the ERP implementation, go-live and post-go-live activities.
• Provide hands-on accounting support for ~30 active construction and development projects.
• Manage and reconcile project-level accounting activities including job costs, expenses, commitments, invoices and payments.
• Assist with data migration, validation, reconciliations, and ensuring accuracy of financials during the transition.
• Develop SOPs, workflows and documentation for post-implementation operations.
