Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated is seeking an Implementation Specialist for JLL Technologies, focused on multi-family residential and commercial real estate software. The role is remote with Atlanta, GA location flexibility, and reports to the Implementation team.

You will onboard assignments, perform data conversions, configure systems, manage security, and support upgrades. You will also develop training materials and explore AI enhancements to drive operational value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution is REQUIRED.
• 5+ years of relevant/professional experience preferred.
• Yardi Real Estate Software experience including database schema and international/global configurations is REQUIRED.

Responsibilities

• Onboard new assignments, data conversion, configuration and data loading.
• System administration including system configuration, security management, maintenance, updates, and technical support.
• Maintain change management procedures for upgrades, hotfixes, stored procedures, and SQL enhancements and support control compliance.
• Assist with upgrade initiatives, including Yardi hardware and software upgrades, through planning, testing, deployment, and validation.
• Support development of user training materials and documentation related to new system features, reporting, and operational processes.
• Stay informed of AI capabilities introduced by application vendors and assess potential operational value.
• Writing custom reports in both YSR and SQL.
