Job summary

Responsibilities

• Makes regular visits to company worksites (usually weekly) to interact with employees and build relationships of trust and friendship.
• Provides confidential pastoral discussions for personal issues and family matters as needed.
• Provides referral services and coordinates specialized assistance for employees and families.
• May assist in planning or attending funerals and provide post-termination follow-up support.
• Represents the ministry to clients and participates in new employee orientation about Employee Care Service.
