Qualifications

• Must have valid state driver’s license and auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Provides regular ministry visits to company worksites (usually weekly).
• Offers confidential pastoral discussions for employee and family issues.
• Assists in planning or attending funerals and providing grief support.
• Offers literature and resources to employees for life issues.
• Represents ministry services to clients and company leadership as appropriate.
• Participates in new employee orientation about Employee Care Service.
