Job summary

MCHAP Chaplains is seeking a Part-Time Chaplain in Andrews, TX to serve employees and their families by providing spiritual support, pastoral care, and confidential guidance. Regularly visit worksites, offer counseling, and assist with funerals or bereavement support as needed.

Qualifications

• Ability to work in an interdisciplinary, interfaith setting.
• Strong listening and interaction with clients, employees, and families.

Responsibilities

• Make regular visits to company worksites to interact with employees and build relationships.
• Provide confidential pastoral discussions and referrals to employees and immediate family members.
• Assist in planning or attending funerals for employees and their families; provide follow-up support.
• Coordinate with Company leadership and the Executive Director of Operations within the Letter of Agreement.
