Job summary

Marketplace Chaplains in Monument, NM seeks part‑time chaplains to serve employees and their families by providing spiritual care, confidential conversations, and referrals. The role includes weekly on-site visits to client worksites, crisis support, and funeral/grief assistance as part of the Employee Care Service program.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work in an interfaith setting.

Responsibilities

• Visit client worksites weekly to build relationships with employees and their families.
• Provide confidential pastoral discussions for personal issues including grief, stress, and life events.
• Coordinate referrals for specialized assistance to employees and/or immediate family members.
• May assist in planning or attending funerals and provide post‑grief support.
• Assist in notifying families of deaths or serious injuries to employees and their families.
• Represent Marketplace Chaplains to clients and participate in new employee orientation to explain Employee Care Service.
