Marketplace Chaplains is seeking chaplains to provide confidential pastoral care to employees and their families at client worksites. You will visit weekly, offer spiritual support, and connect individuals with resources as needed.

The role requires compassion, active listening, and the ability to work across diverse groups in a Christian ministry context. Remote coordination and client relations are part of the responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Ability to work in interdisciplinary settings and honor diverse beliefs.
• Excellent listening and communication skills for employee/family support.
• Ability to provide confidential pastoral discussions and referrals when needed.

Responsibilities

• Visit client worksites regularly to build trust and relationships.
• Provide pastoral care and spiritual support to employees and families.
• Assist in planning or attending funerals and follow-up support.
• Offer resources and referrals for life issues and financial stress.
• Represent the ministry to clients and participate in new employee orientation.
