Tenet Healthcare is seeking a Workforce Operations Specialist to drive optimization of recruitment workflows, HR processes, onboarding, and labor management. You will lead project management for system implementations and process automation, leveraging data insights to improve efficiency and compliance across HR functions.

The role requires collaboration with HR, IT, and business teams, with a focus on scalable processes, user experience, and end-user support during new system launches.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 5 years of experience may substitute.
• 2+ years of experience in recruitment operations, HR project management, or process improvement.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Visio.
• Intermediate Excel with pivot tables and VLOOKUP for data management and reporting.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong understanding of workforce technology (ATS, HR tech, or labor productivity).
• Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze current recruitment workflows and identify areas for improvement to increase efficiency.
• Develop, document, and implement scalable processes to enhance user experience.
• Ensure compliance with policies, legal and regulatory requirements.
• Work cross-functionally with HR, IT, and other departments to improve systems and tools.
• Manage and report on recruitment and workforce-related projects (system implementations, automation, reporting).
• Drive continuous improvement using data insights and stakeholder feedback.
• Monitor workforce metrics and KPIs to identify trends and gaps.
• Partner with HRIS and IT teams to optimize ATS and HR systems.
• Support system migrations, integrations, and user training.
• Provide training and documentation for updated policies and systems.
