Job summary
Tenet Healthcare is seeking a Workforce Operations Strategy & Optimization Leader to drive process improvements across talent acquisition, onboarding and labor management. You will lead project management for system implementations, design scalable HR workflows, and collaborate with HR, IT and recruiters to maximize efficiency.
The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in recruitment operations, HR projects, and analytics, with strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required or five years of equivalent experience.
- 2+ years of experience in recruitment operations, HR project management, or process improvement.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Visio.
- Intermediate Excel proficiency with pivot tables and VLOOKUP.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of ATS/HR technology or labor/productivity systems.
Responsibilities
- Analyze workforce and recruitment workflows to identify efficiency gains.
- Develop scalable HR processes and document them for teams.
- Ensure compliance with policies and regulations across HR functions.
- Lead cross-functional collaboration with HR, IT and recruiters to improve systems.
