ThinkingIT Corp is seeking an Operations / Workforce Manager to optimize daily operations and lead strategic workforce initiatives. You will drive efficiency, manage scheduling, capacity planning, and KPI reporting in a fast-paced environment.

Collaborating with department leads, you will streamline workflows and build operational dashboards while guiding teams toward high performance and strong engagement. This role offers remote-friendly setup and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
• 4–6 years of experience in operations management and workforce coordination.
• Strong analytical skills with experience using KPIs to drive outcomes.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Proficient with Asana, Trello, Monday; Google Workspace and Microsoft 365.
• Strong problem solving and proactive improvement mindset.
• Familiarity with HR processes and workforce planning is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and resource allocation to meet strategic goals.
• Coordinate scheduling, capacity planning, and performance tracking.
• Collaborate with department leads to streamline workflows and improve efficiency.
