Job summary

Tenet Healthcare is seeking an Operations Specialist focused on workforce optimization in the United States. You will lead process improvements across TA, HR, onboarding and labor management, collaborating with HR and IT to optimize systems and drive efficiencies.

The role emphasizes project management, data-driven decision making, and cross-functional support for recruiters and hiring managers. A strong background in workforce operations and certifications is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics or similar field; an additional 5 years may substitute for a degree.
• 2+ years of experience in recruitment operations, HR project management, or process improvement.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft 365 products (PowerPoint, Word, Visio).
• Proficiency with Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP) for data management and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Analyze current workforce and recruitment workflows to identify efficiency improvements.
• Develop and implement scalable processes to enhance user experience and effectiveness.
• Ensure compliance with policies, legal and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with HR, IT, and other departments to improve systems and tools.
• Manage recruitment and workforce projects, including system implementations and reporting enhancements.
• Drive continuous improvement using data insights and stakeholder feedback.
• Monitor workforce metrics and KPIs to identify trends and gaps.
• Support ATS, core HR, onboarding systems and system migrations.
