Job summary

People Care is seeking a Remote Workforce Manager to own the end-to-end remote vendor program, including vendor relationships, commercial terms, performance, and governance across multiple international locations. This is a newly dedicated seat reporting to the VP, People, located at the Brooklyn office with on-site requirements and overlap with remote team hours.

Core responsibilities include maintaining signed master agreements, reconciling seats with finance, and driving KPIs for vendor

Qualifications

• Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English required; full professional proficiency.
• Experience managing outsourced or vendor-supplied workforce with SLAs and commercial terms.
• People management across remote teams and vendors.
• Ability to coordinate across vendors, authorships, and authorizations.
• Familiarity read rate sheets, invoices, and reconciliation.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day relationship with every remote vendor: regular cadence with vendor leadership, issue resolution, and performance feedback.
• Maintain current signed commercial papers for vendors: master agreements, service orders, and rate sheets; know notice windows.
• Reconcile authorized seats to named individuals to billed seats monthly with Finance; escalate discrepancies.
• Consolidate vendor performance into a single view and review with vendor leadership.
• Ensure vendor job descriptions and People Care role expectations match; reconcile where needed.
• Governance: name internal cost to any remote seat and maintain replacement ledger with dates, titles, and amounts.
• Talent selection: interview and recommend remote candidates; align with hiring department and vendor.
• Translate People Care processes into vendor training; support vendor trainers.
• Keep remote staff connected to People Care: regular cadence with vendor managers and teams; ensure continuity.
• Triage remote performance issues: document concerns, feedback to vendor, and follow-through with defined timelines.
• Maintain confidentiality, PHI, and data-handling standards; escalate concerns promptly.
