Job summary

Spring Health is seeking a remote, full-time Vendor & Workforce Operations Lead to manage the revenue-cycle vendors and BPO partners. You will build programs, oversee performance, and coordinate with finance, legal, and security to maintain compliance, with up to 10% travel for partner site visits.

You will work with cross-functional leaders to optimize labor planning, vendor strategy, and automation initiatives while protecting data privacy and HIPAA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Build vendor and BPO management program with strategy, SOPs and onboarding.
• Own performance, staffing, escalations and regular reviews of partners.
• Manage day-to-day work allocation between internal teams and BPO partners.
• Set SLAs, monitor quality, and ensure security and HIPAA compliance.
• Forecast and report on budgets, savings, and cost to serve.
• Lead RFPs and outsourcing decisions based on data.
• Collaborate with Finance, Legal, InfoSec on contracts and renewals.
• Leverage AI to automate vendor management and reporting.
