You will handle complex claims, supervise direct reports, and mentor junior staff while maintaining high-quality service for clients and carriers across jurisdictions, including California.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years hands-on workers' compensation claims adjusting experience required including lost-time/indemnity and litigation.
• Licensed and/or certified in all states in which claims are being handled, CA designation required/SIP optional.
• Knowledge of all team member related functions.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a small Workers Compensation team.
• Carry an individual case load with high quality and efficient service.
• Participate in adjuster hiring and training to nurture a culture of performance and continuous improvement.
• Manage workloads and motivate performance.
• Use Gallagher's technology to enhance your team's efficiency and quality.
• Communicate with clients, carriers and brokers in a professional, positive and proactive manner.
