Ideal candidates have 8+ years in claims, state licensures, and leadership experience. This fully remote role requires jurisdictional knowledge of PA/NJ/DE/MD/VA and offers a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 8 years related claims experience.
• Licensed and/or certified in all states where claims are handled.
• Knowledge of all team member related functions.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead a Workers Compensation claims team handling varied caseloads.
• Promote best practices in claims handling per GB standards.
• Drive talent through hiring and training of adjusters.
• Manage workloads and team goals for efficiency.
