Job summary

Enlyte seeks a Client Specialist to act as the main liaison between clients, Service Operations and internal teams, supporting Workers' Compensation medical bill review services. The role focuses on client relationships, operational performance, and leveraging AI-enabled tools to drive efficiency and client satisfaction.

The position is full-time and remote within the United States, with responsibilities including reporting, performance metrics, and continuous process improvements to deliver

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary operational contact for assigned clients and maintain relationships.
• Coordinate client program changes and support implementation activities.
• Monitor performance and address service levels and issues.
• Investigate and resolve client inquiries and escalations.
• Prepare and present operational reports and insights to stakeholders.
• Identify process improvements to enhance efficiency and client experience.
