You’ll partner with business and IT leadership to translate insights into measurable impact, own data collection and executive-level recommendations, and lead cross-functional projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 5+ years in related field.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel for data analysis.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with the ability to present and explain complex information.

Responsibilities

• Drive data-driven decision-making using analytics and dashboards.
• Lead process analysis and optimization of claims workflows.
• Own end-to-end initiatives from data collection to executive presentation.
