Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with 2+ years relevant experience.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Experience with workers' compensation medical bill review is a plus.
• Familiarity with workers' compensation regulations and processes is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary operational contact for assigned clients, building and maintaining strong relationships.
• Coordinate client program changes and implementation activities for smooth transitions.
• Monitor operational metrics and address performance issues as needed.
• Investigate and resolve client inquiries and escalations.
• Collaborate with clients, vendors, and internal partners to overcome workflow challenges.
• Prepare and present operational reports and actionable insights to stakeholders.
• Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and service quality.
• Maintain accurate workflow documentation and best practices.
• Use Microsoft Copilot and other AI tools to improve reporting and analysis.
• Participate in client meetings, reviews, audits, and special projects.
• Balance client expectations with operational priorities while maintaining high service standards.
• Travel for business as needed.
