Job summary

Enlyte seeks an experienced claims professional to manage complex workers’ compensation cases from start to finish. You will determine eligibility, coordinate treatment, and drive timely return-to-work strategies in collaboration with employers and medical providers.

The role emphasizes proactive claim management, subrogation opportunities, and effective collaboration with attorneys to control costs while delivering exceptional service to claimants and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 5-6 years of experience handling workers’ compensation claims.
• Knowledge of jurisdictional statutes and compensability.
• Experience with subrogation and excess insurance is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage complex, high-exposure, and catastrophic workers’ comp claims from inception to closure.
• Determine compensability and coverage eligibility through investigation and policy analysis.
• Coordinate medical treatment with injured workers, physicians, and nurse case managers.
• Facilitate timely return-to-work programs with employers.
• Oversee litigated claims with defense counsel to control costs.
• Identify subrogation and recovery opportunities and manage claim reserves.
