Job summary

EMPLOYERS is seeking a Claims Liaison to monitor client accounts, collaborate with client contacts and the Strategic Partnership Manager, and facilitate efficient resolution of workers’ compensation claims.

The role requires cross-functional relationship building, guidance to internal and external stakeholders, and ongoing knowledge of regulations. This is a 100% remote opportunity with potential travel as needed.

Qualifications

• 4 years’ experience in a Workers’ Compensation claims environment at the Adjuster level or higher.
• Direct experience with Workers' Compensation laws, statutes, regulations and company policies.
• Advanced proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Facilitate issue resolution and answer client claim questions and concerns.
• Build relationships with outside agency services and coordinate with Sales, Territory Managers and Underwriting.
• Conduct meetings with insureds at client locations or virtually to educate and communicate the claims processes.
