Job summary

Enlyte, a leading provider of workers' compensation and health solutions, is seeking a Telephonic Case Manager (RN) for a full-time remote role. You will collaborate with treating physicians, employers, and injured workers to design and implement a patient-centered treatment plan that supports timely return to work.

You will apply your clinical expertise, manage caseloads independently, document progress, and participate in training.

Qualifications

• RN license required and in good standing.
• Associates or Bachelor's in Nursing.
• 2+ years of clinical practice preferred; workers' comp experience preferred.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement treatment plans with physicians and employers.
• Assess recovery and determine work readiness.
• Coordinate healthcare services and cost‑effective care.
• Prepare status updates for customers and assist in training staff.
