Responsibilities

• Investigate to obtain essential facts from injured workers, employers, and providers.
• Provide ongoing medical case management for assigned claims.
• Assess claim status and refer complex cases to appropriate teams.
• Maintain accurate records and prepare file updates following posting standards.
• Authorize medical payments and refer subrogation when needed.
