Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Investigate to secure facts from injured workers, employers, and providers for workers' compensation claims.
• Provide ongoing medical case management and contact providers when needed.
• Assess claim status and refer complex cases to appropriate teams when necessary.
• Maintain records, notes, and EDM visibility; generate standard letters.
• Authorize medical payments and treatment.
• Identify potential subrogation cases and refer them to Subrogation Units.
